Neal DeYoung, Esq. is a Partner practicing in the fields of corporate law, securities and commercial litigation. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience in corporate and securities law to the benefit of his clients which include investors, shareholders and hedge funds in addition to companies seeking counsel and representation in matters ranging from breach of contract to distribution agreements. He also has represented executives in compensation, severance and other employment related disputes.
Before founding this Firm, Mr. DeYoung was the Managing Partner of the nationally recognized law Firm of Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder, P.C. He has also worked at the New York law firm of Fink Weinberger LLP.
In addition to his corporate clients, Mr. DeYoung has an active practice assisting non-profit organizations with legal issues from formation to governance. He also has decades of experience with commercial and securities litigation in the courts of the State of New York.
Mr. DeYoung is chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice.
He is admitted to the bars of New York and Connecticut, as well as in the United States District Courts for Connecticut, Colorado, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has also appeared before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and the Boston University School of Law.
