Neal A. DeYoung, Esq. is a Partner practicing in the fields of commercial and other business related litigation, particularly in the state and federal courts located in the State of New York. He brings more than 25 years of professional experience in matters such as non-compete and trade secrets disputes as well as contract disputes involving inventors, investors, domestic and foreign corporations. In addition to companies seeking his counsel, he has represented executives in compensation, severance and other employment related disputes.
Before founding this Firm, Mr. DeYoung was the Managing Partner of the nationally recognized law Firm of Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder, P.C. He also handled securities related litigation at the New York law firm of Fink Weinberger LLP.
Mr. DeYoung is chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice.
He is admitted to the bars of New York and Connecticut, as well as in the United States District Courts for Connecticut, Colorado, the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has also appeared before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a graduate of Northwestern University and the Boston University School of Law.
