Lucian C. Chen, Esq. is a litigator with over a decade and a half of experience representing clients in patent litigation cases involving products as varied as computer software, antifungals, antibiotics, personal electronics, osteoporosis therapies, oral contraceptives, and cholinesterase inhibitors. His extensive involvement in all aspects of patent litigation spans counseling clients and initiating litigation, through to both bench and jury trials, including numerous Hatch-Waxman cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chen was a Partner at Farney Daniels, P.C. and an Editor-In-Chief of the Biotechnology Law Report.
He obtained his Juris Doctor from the St. John’s University School of law and is admitted to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the State of New York, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
