David James Galluzzo, Esq. is an experienced trial attorney with diverse practice experience including Hatch-Waxman litigation, white collar criminal litigation, intellectual property (patent, trademark, and copyright), securities litigation and transactional work. He has represented clients in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, insurance, and other industries.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Galluzzo was an attorney at the firms of Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman LLP and Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, LLP where he specialized in Hatch-Waxman litigation and Paragraph IV matters. He obtained his law degree from University of Connecticut School of Law, Hartford, Connecticut where he graduated in the IP (Intellectual Property) Honors Program and was the Editor of the intellectual property law review journal.

Before his legal career, Mr. Galluzzo was a chemist at Pfizer, Inc. where he synthesized
pharmaceutical compounds and evaluated structure-related activity relationship (SAR) data for the treatment of osteoporotic and osteoarthritic bone loss, weight loss, and cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. He graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology and chemistry from the University of Connecticut.

Mr. Galluzzo is admitted to the bar in New York and Connecticut as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
