His practice includes patent prosecution, patent litigation, drafting and negotiating licenses and research agreements, patent opinion work, biosimilars, and Hatch-Waxman practice (paragraph IV strategies and notice letters. Andy’s technical background is in chemistry, and he focuses on the life sciences and chemical arts, but he has successfully prosecuted and litigated matters in all patent subject areas.
Andy is licensed in New York, New Jersey, the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the United States Federal Courts and the courts in New York and New Jersey. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from Fordham Law School.
